Payment Information
Deposit: To make a reservation, we require a deposit of $10
for each night booked, with a minimum deposit of $50.00.
The deposit will be deducted from the balance due. The
remaining balance is due 65 days prior to your arrival date.
In the event of late payment or failure to pay, the reservation
will be cancelled and the cancellation policy (see below) will
apply.
Payment Methods: You can pay with a credit or debit
card or use your PayPal account. To use either of
these payment methods, click the "Pay Now" button
below. This will take you to our PayPal account,
which is shown as "Disney Neighbor". You can pay for
Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, or Terra Verde through this
link.
On the first PayPal screen on the left side is the order
summary:

When we receive your payment, we will e-mail you a
confirmation with check-in information.

- in the "item price" box enter the amount of your
payment - leave "quantity" as 1

- If paying with a PayPal account, log onto your account
- If paying with a debit or credit card, click on the "Pay
with debit or credit card" link
When we receive your payment, we will e-mail you a
confirmation with check-in information.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation, the guest must send us an e-mail with the word
"cancel" and the confirmation number clearly displayed. Phone cancellation
will not be accepted. If the guest chooses to cancel their reservation with us
prior to their scheduled arrival date as shown on their confirmation, a refund of
money previously paid will be issued, reduced by the following charges:
Cancellations of reservations for rental during the Easter, Thanksgiving and
Christmas and New Years dates (see Rates page for dates), as well as the
months of February, June and July are subject to 100% cancellation fee (total
rental amount, excluding sales tax) if cancelled within 64 days of the arrival date.

- Cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival date--NO REFUNDS
