Dates for the Holiday rates are:

  • Easter 2012:  March 30, 2012 to April 15, 2012
  • Thanksgiving 2012:   Nov 17 to Nov 25, 2012
  • Christmas & New Years 2012:  Dec 22, 2012 to Jan 4,
    2013  (5 night minimum stay)
Extras:  
  • One time cleaning fee of $65 (for condos) and $70 (for
    townhouses) applies for stays of less than 7 nights  
  • Heating for the townhouse pool is $15 per night and
    must be arranged at least 1 week prior to check-in
  • Pack 'N Play & high chair combo: $45 per stay, plus tax
