Dates for the Holiday rates are:

  • Easter 2011:  April 16, 2011 to May 1, 2011
  • Thanksgiving 2010:   Nov 21 to Nov 28, 2010
  • Christmas & New Years 2010:  Dec 18, 2010 to Jan 4,
    2011  (5 night minimum stay)
Extras:  
  • One time cleaning fee of $65 (for condos) and $70 (for
    townhouses) applies for stays of less than 5 nights  
  • Heating for the townhouse pool is $15 per night and
    must be arranged at least 1 week prior to check-in
  • Pack 'N Play & high chair $40 per stay, plus tax
