Dates for the Holiday rates are:

  • Easter ... March 29, 2010 to April 11, 2010
  • Thanksgiving ...Nov 21 to Nov 30, 2009
  • Christmas & New Years ...Dec 19, 2009 to Jan 4, 2010  
    (5 night minimum stay)
Extras:  
  • One time cleaning fee of $65 (for condos) and $70 (for
    townhouses) applies for stays of less than 5 nights  
  • Heating for the townhouse pool is $15 per night and
    must be arranged at least 1 week prior to check-in
  • Pack 'N Play & high chair $40 per stay, plus tax
