To cancel a reservation, the guest must e-mail us with the word "cancel" and the confirmation number clearly displayed. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. If the guest chooses to cancel their reservation with us prior to their scheduled arrival date as shown on their confirmation, a refund of money previously paid will be issued, reduced by the following charges:
Cancellations of reservation for rental during the Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years dates (see Rate page for dates), as well as the months of February, March, June, July and August are subject to 100% cancellation fee (total rental amount, excluding sales tax) if cancelled within 64 days of the arrival date.
Deposit: To make a reservation, we require a deposit of $10 for each night booked, with a minimum deposit of $50.00. The deposit will be deducted from the balance due. The remaining balance is due 65 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of late payment or failure to pay, the reservation will be cancelled and the cancellation policy (see below) will apply.
Payment Methods: You can pay with a credit or debit card, or use your PayPal account. To use either of these payment methods, click the "Pay Now" button below. This will take you to our PayPal account, which is shown as "Disney Neighbor".

When we receive your payment, we will e-mail you a confirmation with check-in information.
